With the newly published National Minimum Standards for Care Homes for Older Persons published by the Parliamentary Secretariat for the Rights of Persons with Disability and Active Ageing, there is a requirement for formal training and certification. Hence this course is designed to give the flexibility for learners to study, work and manage personal life to continue develop their vocational career. The course is structured to include both theoretical and clinical practice components. This is the perfect course for those who would like to advance in their careers as care workers.
